      Senior Manager for Channel Growth –   (Flexible on locations, North Regions)
       
      Asurion are looking for a Senior Manager for Channel Growth to support one of our long existing clients based in the UK.  The Senior Manager of Channel Growth will be responsible for leading the Channel Growth Team for an assigned client to maximize subscriber growth and minimize churn. This position manages the execution of the account growth strategy and leads the Channel Growth field sales team to meet or exceed the growth objectives of Asurion Europe.
       
       He/she needs to build strong relationships with Client Product Managers, Channel Heads, Regional Leaders and other functional leads to create advocacy for Asurion and our product portfolio.  The ideal candidate will be achievement orientated with an instinctive flair for understanding and communicating ‘what’s right’.
       
      This position will work to drive best demonstrated performance across frontline advocacy, frontline compliance, increased customer take-rates, reduced 28-day churn, online claim initiation and Soluto app downloads (where available).
       
      This individual will be supported by the Account Director and Client Marketing to plan activity, target training and coaching and brief out central channel marketing initiatives.  He/she will be required to attend meetings at client headquarters with the relevant Client Director to showcase growth initiatives and specific channel performance results.
       
       
      Responsibilities 
      • Recruit, manage and retain the Channel Growth Team
      • Collaborate effectively with Client Marketing, Customer Care, Premier Support, Product Management and other cross-functional teams
      • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment is critical
      • Establish channel growth strategy and establish key initiatives within all applicable sales channels to maximize subscriber growth and minimize churn.
      • Influence and partner with clients to develop and drive key strategies within all sales channels to offer Asurion’s products. 
      • Determine multi-channel sales strategy and resource allocation to realize growth results
      • Lead and manage the Asurion Channel Growth (field sales) team, including establishing productivity metrics, quota setting and territory management as well as mentoring, developing, training and hiring of team members
      • Create high employee engagement in the Channel Growth team and retain high performing and high potential members of the team
      • Drive sales growth by setting goals and objectives and measuring progress and holding team accountable to exceed results. 
      • Establish and cultivate senior client relationships in the areas of products and channels, leads regular client reviews with senior leader client contacts.
      • Facilitate effective partnerships with cross functional departments (Client Marketing, Business Intelligence, etc.) to drive growth strategies in all channels.
      • Collaborate with peers across client teams to drive best practices and ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable performance, including continuing evolution of the sales process.
      • Deliver market/client data to the marketing team to facilitate product advances based on demand and client direction.
      • Develop and build productive, fruitful business relationships with key channel stakeholders’ at all key levels.
      • Put pro-active plans in place to ensure Asurion has cover for any annual leave (to prevent any performance decline during that time).
       
       
  • Qualifications:
      • Extensive experience in sales management positions (preferably managing employees remotely)
      • Measured leadership experience including proven track record of successfully managing, motivating, and developing sales teams
      • Demonstrated record of implementing sales and marketing strategies
      • Experience of working in a regulatory framework
      • Excellent interpersonal skills: verbal and written communication skills (essential)
      • Excellent people management and relationship management skills with proven ability to influence internal and external colleagues across functions.
      • Strategic thinking capability with ability to execute
      • Problem solving / analytical approach
      • Good commercial acumen
      • Excellent computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
