Channel Manager

  • Opportunity Summary:
    • Channel Manager–   (Flexible on locations, South)
      Asurion are looking for a Channel Growth Manager to support one of our long existing clients based in the UK.  The Channel Growth Manager is responsible for driving scheme growth across frontline channels. He/she needs to build strong relationships with Channel Heads, functional leads and individual team / store managers. As Channel Growth Manager you will work across all clients across the appointed region to drive best demonstrated performance across frontline advocacy. The ideal candidate will be achievement orientated with an instinctive flair for understanding and communicating ‘what’s right’.
       
       
      Responsibilities 
      • Own channel targets for his/her region and be proactive in advising the Client Services and Marketing teams of barriers to success
      • Interpret channel performance reports to identify and flex their schedule to maximise the opportunity for in-region growth (eg best opportunity management approach)
      • Brief Client Messaging and Marketing on specific training requirements and support on the development of training modules to address each need identified
      • Work collaboratively with the Channel Growth team to Mystery Shop one anthers region and share key learnings to drive One Team success
      • Work across the client’s retail estate and on / offshore telesales sites and adapt his/her style to best meet the target audience
      • Develop and build productive, fruitful business relationships with key channel stakeholders’ at all key levels
      • Seek out opportunities to leverage channel events eg Management meetings, conferences and wider promotional campaigns
      • Understand, communicate and drive to best delivered performance standards across the front-page metrics
       
       
  • Qualifications:
      • Consistent channel sales record within the telecoms, ISP, carrier or systems integrator space
      • Experience in building consensus cross-functionally to achieve results; strong bias for action needed
      • Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to influence internal and external colleagues across functions.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to 'win trust', selling on the quality and integrity of Asurion
      • Must be driven, self-motivated and disciplined
      • Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
      • Eager to learn and develop
      • Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently
      • Driver’s license essential
